Join our team today
At Tiny’s Social Club, we believe great care comes from structure, balance, and heart. Our daycare program is designed to give dogs the right mix of stimulation, rest, play, and learning, helping them grow in confidence and wellbeing every day.
We’re looking for people who share our vision of thoughtful, elevated dog care. If you’re passionate about creating meaningful experiences for dogs (and their humans), we’d love you on our team.
Roles available
-
As a Club Host, you’ll be the welcoming face of Tiny’s, creating a warm, organised, and professional experience for both dogs and their owners. From morning drop-offs to evening handovers, you’ll ensure every arrival and departure feels seamless and personal.
You’ll keep our systems up to date, support the daycare team, and act as a key point of contact for our members, answering queries, arranging tours, and helping every guest (two- and four-legged) feel part of the Tiny’s community.
Role: Part time or Full time
Key Responsibilities
Greet dogs and owners during drop-off and collection, ensuring smooth, calm transitions.
Update attendance and booking information accurately in our management system.
Handle membership queries with warmth and professionalism, both in person and digitally.
Conduct tours of the daycare and introduce potential members to our approach and environment.
Follow up on member queries and feedback, ensuring timely, thoughtful responses.
Support the team in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming space.
Communicate clearly with daycare staff about dog arrivals, needs, and any updates.
About You
You’re warm, organised, and naturally great with people (and dogs).
You bring a calm, professional energy to busy moments.
You have excellent communication and attention to detail.
You’re confident using digital systems and keeping records accurate.
You’re curious to learn about structured daycare and canine behaviour.
Experience in hospitality, customer service, or dog care is a plus, but attitude, empathy, and reliability matter most.
-
As a Dog Carer & Driver, you’ll be an essential part of the Tiny’s team, ensuring every dog’s day runs smoothly from home to club and back again. You’ll safely transport dogs, support them through their daily routines of walks, rest, and play, and contribute to the calm, structured atmosphere that defines our daycare.
You’ll also use our online system to complete daily service reports for clients, sharing thoughtful updates that reflect each dog’s experience and wellbeing.
Role: Full time
Key Responsibilities
Safely collect and drop off dogs from their homes, ensuring a calm and positive transition.
Walk, supervise, and engage dogs throughout the day, following our structured daycare schedule.
Observe behaviour and wellbeing, communicating clearly with the team about any changes or needs.
Complete daily service reports through our online system, keeping clients informed and reassured.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organisation within the daycare and vehicle.
Build trusting relationships with dogs and their owners through consistency and care.
About You
You’re reliable, caring, and genuinely passionate about dogs.
You have strong communication skills and attention to detail.
You’re confident driving in London (or your service area) and hold a clean driving licence.
You’re organised and comfortable using digital tools to log reports and updates.
You thrive in structured environments and value calm, kind handling of animals.
Previous experience in dog care, pet transport, or a similar role is a must.
-
As a Structured Dog Walker, you’ll lead small, balanced group walks for our daycare dogs in South West London parks. You’ll follow our structured routines, helping dogs get the right mix of exercise, focus, and social time in a calm and controlled way.
You’ll work closely with our daycare team to ensure each dog’s needs are met, observing behaviour, encouraging positive interactions, and supporting their daily rhythm of rest and activity.
Role: Part time or Full time
Key Responsibilities
Lead structured, safe group walks (typically 4–6 dogs) following Tiny’s daycare programme.
Maintain calm, positive pack dynamics and reinforce good walking manners.
Communicate with the daycare team about each dog’s mood, energy, and progress.
Follow health and safety protocols during walks, and transitions.
Ensure dogs return clean, settled, and ready for rest.
Represent Tiny’s values of calm, consistency, and care during every outing.
About You
You’re confident, patient, and experienced handling multiple dogs.
You understand canine body language and calm, positive reinforcement methods.
You’re physically active and enjoy working outdoors in all weather.
You’re organised, reliable, and take pride in your work.
You value structure and see walking as part of a dog’s emotional and mental wellbein, not just exercise.
Experience in dog walking, daycare, or training environments is a must.
